1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or using the services ("Service") provided by AVPN.pro (Sole Proprietor: NATALIA SINHKH), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service.

2. The Service

AVPN.pro provides personal Virtual Private Network (VPN) services, including configuration files and access keys for use with third-party software such as AmneziaVPN. Our Service allows for up to five (5) simultaneous connections per active subscription.

3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

All payments for our Service are processed by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. By purchasing our product, you are also agreeing to Paddle's terms and conditions.

Due to the nature of digital goods, all sales are considered final. However, if the Service does not work as described and our support team is unable to resolve the issue, a refund may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us for assistance.

4. No-Logs Policy

We are committed to your privacy. We operate under a strict no-logs policy. This means we do not monitor, record, or store any logs of your online activity, including Browse history, traffic destination, data content, or DNS queries.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our Service for any illegal or prohibited activities, including but not limited to:

• Sending spam or unsolicited emails.
• Engaging in any activity that infringes on the copyrights of others.
• Distributing malware, viruses, or any other malicious software.
• Conducting denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks.
• Any other activity that is illegal in your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction of our servers.

Violation of these terms may result in immediate termination of your account without a refund.

6. Service Guarantee

We strive to provide a stable and reliable service. In the event that a provided VPN configuration is blocked or stops working due to external factors, we guarantee to provide a new, working configuration for the remainder of your active subscription period at no additional cost. Please contact our support to request a replacement.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is". We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our Service. You use our Service at your own risk.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date on this page.
